manual tune dsr-xxx starchoice receiver?

Is the dsr-405/410's capable of manual tuning like a dsr-905?

On a DSR410,I ran across a screen in one of the hidden menus that was for manual tuning. The 410s don't seem very friendly in comparison to a 922 for manual tuning. The box seemed designed for only one purpose, HITS in the case of the unit I used. These things will not even remap after a factory default without a rehit from the provider.
