i have a DirecTV SL3S 3 dish i was want to make fta dish out of it the question is can i

I wouldn't recommend it for the beginner, but with the proper LNB, it'll get some of the FTA channels.

can i use the lnb to get the G19 and amc 4 i was wanting to get the gstar lineup

You can pickup 36" noname dish dirt cheap and it would work much better.
