I am disappointed to report that our mail server currently is on a number of Spam Blacklists, so mail going out not from our server may not be getting received due to the fact that we are on the blacklists.
I have fixed the issue (which was an old user mailbox which was hacked by someone or had a poor password) and killed the spool (which still had over 150,000 spam messages to go out)
I have applied for us to be removed from the Blacklists but this can take 24 to 48 hours.
