I recently bought a 15" HD LCD TV. A Magnavox 15MF605T. I got it because it was inexpensive. After reading reviews I saw that a lot of people said they had the same experience I was. Now the sound from the TV being poor is one thing. I'm going to hook it into speakers. But the picture is another. What I see is that the sides are very bright. Almost like a light was being shined on each side. It's quite annoying. Is this typical of LCD TVs? It's like a watch light 15 years ago that had a tiny LED in the side and it would shine and only light half the face.
Eh, I should've chose a different title.
