Madison Wisconsin FOX47 has bad audio

In the past weeks, the audio on Madison WI FOX47 has been close to unwatchable. The audio pops, stuttering and bad lip sync and been extremely annoying. Anyone else notice this problem?

Same problem has been reported with several Fox stations.

I started watching the baseball game last night on Fox 47 and switched to my OTA because of the audio problems.
