Madison WI HD locals WMTV-NBC and WMSN-FOX

Can someone tell me if they are sharing a transponder with any other HD locals.

WMTV-15 DT NBC is just like TNT-HD where the screen blurs from studio shot to NFL highlights and you see the grass appear a split second later. Also see the same thing with my local RSN Comcast Sportsnet Chicago. Anyone here have Madison HD locals?

but from thelist I see this on TP5 spot 4
