Made the change to HDTV - DTV

Well I knuckled under after purchasing a new LCD HDTV and, in a word, WOW! What a difference!

Now to my issue. On my old TIVO, i simply split off to the kitchen from the cable going to the TV from the Tivo. Well, as you know (I didn't) the HDTV uses a new connector/cable and I have no way to split it to a standard cable. Any ideas?
