Lyngsat newb question

I was looking at lyngsat and I was wondering.. What are the "feeds" listed in grey.. Sorry for the newb question

"Recurring Feeds" usually News feeds that pop up from time to time.
Most are not always on, but some are, like TP 17 on AMC 6 Ku.

and they're not up to date as broadcasters may use the same frequency but will change symbol rates (as example...one may use 6111 but another uses 3978 and another still may use 4232)

You might get really interested in these FEED channels, many folks do.

The feed channels may be sports related, a breaking news story or just some random show or possibly even a movie or a short program.

The news feeds are my favorites. You get to watch the reporter in the field preparing for their time on air. They make mistakes and goofs and often make off the wall comments that are rather hilarious. Besides that, you can often view breaking news stories first hand as an eye-witness.

As stated, you really want a receiver that is capable of BLIND SCANNING for hunting these feed channels.
