Well i moved my dish left a mm and now have News ch. And the lps is good too. I always have no signal when DSNG signals come up sr 4250. Maybe this will help.Don't forget, we had a very large solar flare this weekend.
Same here, LPB is back and all are nice and strong at the moment.Whatever the reason, they're certainly stronger now:
11801: 11.1 dB
11804: 13.4 dB
Patient: 11.6 dB
Newsource: 7.6 dB
Florida: 14.0 dB
Sent from my SM-G950W using the SatelliteGuys app!
Seeing some variations here, some stronger, some weaker, since my 2:07ET post:
11761 - 58-59 (was 60) 84
11801 - 82 (was 75-76) 87
11804 - 82 (was 90-91) 1 meter Long Island NY 97 as of 12-15
11812 - 57-58 (was 68) 86
11961 - 66 (was 50-51) 84
12045 - 80-81 (was 92)
12050 - 64 (was 75)
Even with a drop of 10 for LPB, it is still 20 above pixelation/drop off level, so all good if it stays within these parameters even with the fluctuations.
I seem to be on the ragged edge of receiving LPB. I'm getting between 8.1 and 8.3 dB using USALS positioning. tvrosat says I need 8.5 dB. I'm using a 1.2 meter dish that is peaked as much as I can get. The footprint map shows that I'm in the 50-51 dBW signal strength range. So, I changed from USALS to diseqc 1.2 and got the signal level up to 9 dB. That should stabilize the signal until the next snow or rainstorm hits. I was expecting to get better performance out of this dish though.
