LPB Feeds issue on 87.0W KU.

I am wondering might be caused by heavy rain in LA region since uplink signal can be easily wipeout that way?

In order to get 125.0W i had to put a dish on the roof of the house, because on the ground the trees are in the way.
There is a lot of good stuff on that sat like Create and PBS stations.
