Loyalty Credit?

I have a 722 and 508 in my house. Can someone tell me what the $2 loyalty credit 1 of 6 is showing up on my bill? Is this because I used to get charged $5 for a 2nd solo DVR and now it has gone to $7/mo or something else? Also am I NOT getting charged a DVR fee of $10 because my 2nd DVR is a grandfathered 508?

It means in 6 months your bill will go up $2.
