I don't understand......If this is there lowest package why do I have 16 customers w/ Dt@ that are in a charge back status some write offs, some non pays, but the others are still active customers but DT@ is chargeing me the dealer back anyway.

Could it be that the customers are not paying their bills? That is the usual reason for charge backs.
