There is also the Dish America "HD only" package for $34.99 [including locals where available] (I hear that it includes the SD feeds as well, but I cannot confirm that.).

Can anyone confirm that Dish America is also in SD not just HD?

Dish America is an all HD package. If you have a duo receiver, it will down convert the signal for TV2 but you will not get the SD feed.

It would not read the signal. When Dish America is added to account with a SD (MPEG-2) receiver, the system will force and upgrade of that receiver or for it to be deactivated. Sorry, I forgot you said you had a 322.
