Lowest cost package to get NBA league pass

I own a 221. If I only want nba league pass, do I have to subscribe to a package? If so which one is the cheapest.

You have to subscribe to a package. If they'll let you, I'd go with Welcome Package. You'll get NBA Network year-round once you subscribe to league pass anyways. It's $14.99 month. If not, you could do the Smart Pack (formerly Family) for $24.99.

Back in the day you could pay a 6 dollar a month access fee and order the HD only pak which later became HD absolute without having to subscribe to a min. program package!! Maybe it's still available? I have no idea!!!
