Loud Popping Noise Caused By 622

DVR622 connected to my HK receiver via optical cable. When I change channels or FFWD, the receiver makes a very loud pop sound, and turns itseld off. I wrote HK, and they seem perplexed by it as well. I noticed that my dish is not properly grounded, and so I think that could be the cause of the pop/interference.

Anyone heard of this? Assuming it is the grounding issue (willing to try), how do I ground my dish? I have looked at the manual and there is no mention of it.

I would call Dish. Sounds like the receiver has a problem. I'm hooked up the same way with no problems.
