Loud Ads

The other day I came on and got surprised by a very loud ad or just an ad with audio in general.
I wasn't aware that the ads were supposed to have sound but I guess I'm mistaken.

Now this one was on low vol but the other which I'm thinking from the same source was very loud.

I don't mind the ads as I understand the reason for them but I've had to block any from this provider just because of the sound.

Thanks for the report, I will send it to the ad agency.

We should have no AUTO PLAYING ads with sound. (User initiated however are ok)
