Lost volume control and brightness control on my samsung set. Sent my son a text and he said same thing happened to him in Sacramento. I am in Merced. I turned off power to set, sound bar and dish. Switched back on and volume works normally but screen remains dim and cannot be adjusted for brightness. Has Dish done an update that may have caused this? I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
