Lost my Center Ice channels on one receiver only?

I have a 2x 222's and seem to have lost the Center Ice channels on one receiver and not the other. Reset, pulled plug, everything. Those subscription channels are not coming back...

Any ideas?

<edit> They sent a reauth and I do have All Chan showing...

Before they sent the hit, did they have you check to see if 110 & 119 were showing in system info? Plus did they have you go to the purchase history (with a 722 it is 6-5) to see if it shows up there?

119, 110, 129 are all green

CI works on my other receiver, so I think it should show up in purchase history, no? As far as I know they checked this since they said it shows up in my available package.

It does not show in purchase history on the receiver.

I used to work there and had a call like this but it was ppv. If I remember right ended up replacing the smart card.
