lost my 1 italian channel.

i subscribe to dish for 1 italian channel - RAI

i have a 301 receiver, software 392, orbital = 61.5 , check switch says dp dual and ALL. i still can not get RAI. i talked to customer service they did all kinds of test...nothing they have a technician coming next week. any ideas i can try in the mean time.

besides the basics, i alredy did 50 milion rebbots and the guide has down loaded 50 million times, but no RAI. the channel does not even apear on the quide. it skips the channel.

It was removed from 61.5 on 2/27. Sounds like you'll need a 500+ dish pointed at 118.7. Your current dish won't pick it up on a repoint.
