Lost HD on all channels starting with 20x ... like 200, 202, 203, 205

I have the everything package. Yesterday my receiver lost the HD version of 200 (CNN) 202 and 205.

Seems that all channels starting with 20 are gone in HD but still there in SD.
I have normal HD on everything else like 186 and 214 (weather), 300 etc.

CS wants to send a tech out. They have however sent a reauthorization to the receiver with no result.

This occurs on the Hopper w/sling and on the Joey too.

The 20 HD channels do not show up in the guide either.

What might the issue be?

What is your guide set as? Are you seeing all programming, my programming or something else?

Fixed ... no logical reason.

What is your satellite configuration? What birds are you looking at?

10-19-29 ... that is not the issue since I get my normal HD on everything except ones starting with 20.

It fixed itself but no reason and I got multiple (5) different stories from CS. I know it is a tough job but they are pitiful for the most part and we have to go through their script every time -- if we can understand them. One actually said CNN has never been in HD !
