Lost Channels - Transponders with no signal

I'm in San Jose, CA. I was finally able to aim at 82 and 91 using Dish 500. I used Dish 301 receiver to scan the dish. I'm getting following transponders

Sat 82 - getting 02, 05, 06, 08, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20 -- avg signal strength measured on 301 is between 65 and 70. All of these transponders lock.

Sat 91 - getting 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21 -- avg signal strength of 70-80 as measured on 301.

My question is with these signal strengths on 82, will I get usable feed ? Also, is there any way to get the missing transponders on 82 (starting odds are missing) ? I guess my elevation and azimuth seems to be correct. Will I get missing transponders if I tweak the elevation ?

Seems like I'm missing lots of transponders which 301 can't tune. I need to get some other receiver to see the extra transponders beyond 21.
