Did anyone else ever have this problem? Lost all audio on all HD channels only. SD channels still had audio.Dish 622 receiver. The only way to recover was to turn off receiver, turn off TV, disconnect HDMI cable. Wait for about a minute and then re boot receiver, re attach HDMI cable and then turn on TV. Same thing happened about 2 months ago. Just doing a reboot of the receiver using the on off button, or doing a cold re boot of the receiver by unplugging the power cord will not work.Dish Techs advise HDMI cable must have come loose. Go figure, there was no loose cable. Using a 622 DVR receiver, Sony 55" HD TV, and a Sony 5300 theater amp.
