Years ago, Motorola took over General Instruments which made the 4dtv's.

Tuff Motorola! You had a chance and still do to make new 4DTV's to do megapipe HD etc. Your attitude is screw us so I don't care what happens to them. Our money isn't good enough for them so too bad.

it does suck that they either didn't have enough interest or demand to justify a new modern 4dtv receiver. Imagine the quality of the master feeds in megapipe HD. Wow is all i can say.
existing 4dtv's time is numbered. I hate it but cable and pizza dish have the market with their over compressed crappy pictures.
