Dont go sub contractor wich is pay per job, go inhouse with a company like Dish and you'll get paid by the hour but expect long hours, working in all types of weather and temperatures, dealing with all sorts of customers and their animals both two legged and four, all types of housing from actual one room shacks up to 10million + estates.
