Starting the first week of 2012 I'll be posting bi-weekly help threads and I would like to get your ideas for some of the topics. What things would you like to learn, discuss or possibly get more information about for the coming year? Ideally I would like to have them at least in some way related to the services BHN provides but honestly if it's important to you then it's important to me.

There was a "Trick" that allowed us early viewing of new channels but it got disabled.

Another nice trick is say you want to find something in that guide that is coming on 2 days from now. Simply load the guide, push the number 2 then hit the right arrow Works for up to 5 days sometimes longer sometimes less depending on the guide updates.
