Looking for service advice (771)

Man, I"m frustrated.

I have had DirecTV for a month with no issues. 2 days ago, A tech came out to install HD service and switch the Dish. THe standard 8-12 window. He didn't show until almost 12. I had to lose the whole day of work. Everything worked fine when he left. The next day, everything worked in the morning. When I came home from work I found 771 on all recievers. The HD reciever is not even activated yet (getting the HDTV today). I call DTV and run thru all the troubleshooting but they tell me I won't see anyone until monday morning. THe standard 8-12 window. I think my dish install is not secure. Is there any advice that could help me?

Sounds like the dish may have moved if it wasn't secured well. Did the losing signal coincide with a increasing wind. Doesn't take much movement to lose a signal.
