I have some crafts that Im getting ready to jump into that require parts from various electronic items, I figured that getting these parts from dead items would be better than someone just letting them go to the dump.

Im looking for the following:

16x or greater internal/external dvd burners pc or mac.

15 to 17 inch lcd tv's, *Important! the screen must not be damaged at all what so ever* preferrably with the units remote but not necesary.

PM me if you have any of these and we can get things worked out.

Let me add another item to this,

HD dvd player and blue ray dvd player non working, this would include non op PS3's

Again if anyone has any of the items in this thread non working and would rather that they get used for something other than filling a trash can drop me a pm, I have projects for them.

Bumpin, I may be interested in other non op electronics including older ( 80's back wards ) including electronic toys, this is what happens when you find an off the wall magazine that delves into making stuff out of things that dont work.

Freecycle is a bunch of email groups online that do free wanted: and offering: stuff... think recycle + free - since you aren't suppossed to make any other freecycler pay for what you offer... it's FREE! :) Freecycle™: Changing the World One Gift at a Time

IF YOU DO SIGN UP FOR FREECYCLE, DO SO AT AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT CAN TAKE LOTS OF EMAILS... There are tons of emails you'll get daily, depending on how active your local freecycle group(s) are... I use my gmail account for this and have a filter set up to auto delete them. That way they get put in trash, and if I want to read them, I can look there, and not really worry about deleting all those emails since anything in trash auto deletes after so many days.
