Looking Best Program for edit file extracted from PVR-598

My MS Movie Maker can't edit the files extracted from my PVR-508, using PVRExplorer Pro. With Mpg2Cut2 I can edit the files, but, this software lack some features I found in MS Movie Maker. I have two choices, find the way to read this files with MS MM or find a better software. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!!
