Lookin' to get SiriusXM in the next couple months... What do I need?

Okay, what I am looking for is an in-home radio that can get all Sirius, XM, and SiriusXM signals from satellite plus internet channels in addition if that's possible. If I can't get internet channels as well, that's okay, for I have other devices that should work for that, but I just don't like changing inputs. Anyways, the radio needs to have the most features. Plus I need to get a SiriusXM outdoor home antenna that can get all Sirius, XM, and SiriusXM signals as well, and would like to get the best one possible. Okay, so with all that, what do I need?
