Pretty much the same here.

I have DirecTV & OTA, Cell is Verizon & my ISP is ATT, though my max speed is the 1.5mb x 368mb package....12 solid hours to the minute to download their one 1080p movie (uncapped) I'm not too worried, they are laying fiber in my neighborhood & I will get the maximum speed they offer when that goes online. In the mean time, $19.99 for DSL is just fine. Never attempted to add VOIP at my speed; friends that have all sounded terrible.

Heck, I couldn't even get TWC to come out to my house to do a service survey! .

This is a great point. TCI cable (before the T/Comcast merge/Split) showed up & only offered to get the cable to my house. I needed phishes & custom work (which I was willing to pay for) & they just said that's not their thing. Shortly after Christmas, the cable tech rang my door bell & offered up his services for a hefty fee. I just pointed to my dish & told him to have a nice day. That was 15 yrs ago with a lot of business lost & I will never switch to them.
