I have always gotten good deals by calling the cancel dept... Totally Free Hopper Joey upgrade monthly discounts etc...

Got to give you credit for being honest, and coming back to post. It just happens to be a well posted about topic. Dish does give some things to subscribers but not normally what a new 2 year contract with someone else will be. Works the same for someone coming from Direct TV for example, Dish will be able to give more of discounts.
Don't stop posting, this is the most informative place on the internet for Dish Network.
