I still have Top 250 with HD, locals,and DVR with E*.
But my R16 is showing no signal. It would suck if I did have locals.

I still have them Because I get them from Dish Network.
I don't have HD with D* only SD.

I'm getting reports of SD locals off 119 slowly coming back on. Properties in S. FL are definitely back up.

Update: Most technical issues from this morning have been resolved. There may be some intermittent issues but we are working to fix them.

I'll take directv's 99% reliability (which is closer to 99.9%) over my old cable co's 95% anyday. Seemed we lost Charter at least a day a month.
Locals are back out again on 119. It seems to be more sporatic this time. Properties reporting only have 1 or 2 out.
I heard from 5 properties across the country that ABC was out on 119. Directv told me they were aware of a problem. Of course they give me no solid information to relay.
