The initial programming lineup is locked down the production studio is complete and the buzz surrounding the Sept. 4 launch of Stan Kroenke's new local sports network is palpable. Yet just a week before its debut the network still doesn't have deals with Comcast and DirecTV challenges that could determine whether the station ultimately is successful here.

I thought that Comcast tried to strong arm the guy to keep this RSN off of the DBS services. Glad he didn't bend to them.

In reading the article, this would be another Victory Sports One EXCEPT Altitude did sign a deal with Dish.

It should survive. People who want it and have Direct might have to go to Dish.
