I couldn't find an answer specifically on this that was already posted so someone please point me to the right thread.
I have called Directv twice since the latest software release I received on 7/23 for the HR20. The problem is that my local HD channels are blank since the upgrade. I have been told this a known issue and it will be fixed with the next release. Of course, they can't tell me when that is. Usually when I have system issues I can find some reassurance on this site that others are having the same issues and frustrations. This time I'm wondering if it is an assumption on Directv's part. They did say that I might also have issues on other HD channels. And I did see others having issues on this site. However, I'm not and it is just the HD locals. Is anyone else having this exact issue ? The screen is just gray on both my HR20's HD locals. The SD and OTA's are fine.
