local fox dosent look right

is it just me or does the local fox for elmira ny (wydc) noot look right. its all letterbox and smaller than my other locals. all other locals look fine but this one. anyone else notice this

I know sometimes my local Fox (WWCP Fox TV 8) doesn't always show in HD when the show is HD maybe it's a Fox thing.

I know this isn't directed to me but I know for my Local Fox (WWCP TV 8) I watch America's Most Wanted every Saturday and a few times it didn't broadcast in HD or half way through like someone flicked the switch and then HD turned on. Even on Thanksgiving the football games where not in full screen HD. I thought maybe it was my Step dad's receiver or tv settings but after looking at the all they were set right and no problems with other channels. That's why I believe it's a Fox issue.
