No, it isn't. However there are some devices that will capture the OTA signal and you can stream it from there to different devices in your home (and out in some cases)

I'm about 45 miles from the City, but still pull in 50-54 networks with a roof antenna. Lots of free channels available out there if you're close enough by.

Yes, hearing that makes me jealous.... almost enough to want to move.... almost. Remember when TV was free?? Kind of like WATER! PAYING for these things? Who woulda thunk it!
