Recently installed triple LNB. Using a Samsung 360 HD receiver. When conducting diagnostics I get LNB output test fail, but unlike some others I am getting a strong signal from Sat A, B, & C. However, when testing the signal meter. Sat A - no probs. Sat B & C come in strong on the ole signal meter, but I always get an error message that says "wrong satellite" . DTV C/S very patient and helpful, but think they say I may need a Tech to come out. I'm running an 18 x 20 dish, triple LNB, and a 4 x 4 multiplexer. Any sugestions?

How many receivers are hooked up?
What is this 4x4 you are using ?
You Can have 4 lines from a PhaseIII to your receivers,and you dont explain about this other switch. A 4x4 is not generally used with PhaseIII DISH .
