It seems that my problem is with the LNB as I keep getting Searching for Satellite on HD channels.
Can someone please confirm that the correct part number for the non SWM LNB assembly is SO5K4NR1??
AND if there was more than one manufacturer of this dish that the LNB assemblies are interchangeable??
Thanks for sharing your knowledge on this subject.

Yes, sometimes they are in the mid-eighties, sometimes zero. This leads me to believe it`s the LNB.
The signal most always returns after I do a reset, then it`s OK for a day or so.........

Can you post all of your signal strengths on all of the satellites?

Sorry to be late in my reply with the signal strength readings. I was away on vacation. Hopefully someone can help diagnose my problem from these readings.
Sat 101 Tuner 1 98% Tuner 2 95%
110 89 89
119 89 86
99c 87 Not Acquired
99s 97 N/A
103s 100 N/A
103ca 82 81
103cb 88 N/A

I know it's a pain, but can you post the complete signal strengths for all of the satellites? It would help to diagnose your problem.

Chip:
Do you mean the reading for each transponder on each satellite?
Also what does the Not Acquired on Tuner 2 for the 99 & 103 sats mean??

Yes, all of the transponders. Not acquired could mean a few things, like a bad lnb, or a loose connection, or several other things.

Chip;
It may take me a bit to obtain all of that data.
I`ll report back.
