Live CS Chat on Voom Website?

I sore I seen a link a few days ago, on vooms website, to click for live cs support/chat. But it was only active m-f. So today (monday) I'm looking all over their site and see no link. Did they remove it, or was I just dreaming too hard?

You can click on "Get it".. Then click on "Apply Online".. Then you'll see a link on the right that says "Need help?".
