I believe Dolby Digital EX and DTS ES are the only 7.1 formats, plus the below.
For high definition discs, there's Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD, all of which are classed as 13.1, per this link. But these are currently implemented as 7.1.
ATSC currently is 5.1, but moves to 7.1 in the future with Dolby Digital Plus. And I thought HD-DVD and Blu-ray discs were all supposed to be 7.1, but IMDB lists Casino Royale as only Dolby Digital and DTS. Note no "EX" or "ES." So I guess we'll have to read the cases carefully.
