LinkBox 9000i Editor

Has anyone tried the Editor for the 9000i yet? I want to edit the channels so they don't rename on a scan.

Also,I'd like to reorder the Satellite list so that C Sats and KU Sats are in order...not separate bands.And Sats that I manually add are in the correct position as well.Is that possible?

For instance: ....97 C band, 97 ku, 99 C band, 99 KU, etc, etc.

I don't want to be the guinea pig on this one.

I was just wondering how the channel/satellite lists are edited. I've noticed a serial port but I was wondering if it can be edited over both the network connection and serial port.

I was wondering about the ali editor from their site. I also didn't want to be the guinea pig... It really annoys me that 97w is listed before everything else.

It seems to work OK. I had to restore the channel lists after playing with the firmware and worked just fine. I haven't got around to renaming some of the services with meaningful names yet.
