Linkbox 8000 HAD Local firmware

Hi guys, anybody know what firmware update I should be putting in my receiver? And Software? And will it pick up the same thing the Linkbox 90000 picks up? Bought this off eBay and wondering if I made a mistake? Thanks for your help Jimmy G.
