Link to 942 manual?

Anyone got a download link to the 942 manual? I'm getting installed on Wednesday and want to do a little reading on it.

Some one posted that the on line manual "would be" added to the Dish web site soon but no date was given.

PS The 942 is pretty easy to use. Even my wife can use it and she never reads a manual. We had TiVos and now are very happy with the 942s.
