Limit per Account ?

Hi Guys I want to move to dish from directv but I have question regarding the limit of receivers per account, I know Directv has a limit of 8 but I'm not sure if joey's count as well

At my house I want to get 1 hopper and 2 joey's for 3 tv's in total
and on my cottage 2 receivers (211K)

I'm buying them of ebay since I dont want to be under contract

Dish technically doesn't want you to have receivers at two locations with only one account. It is considered "account stacking." You can however take your receivers back and forth with no issues. Put a dish up at both locations and take the Hopper back and forth. I think the other option is deactivating the Hopper/Joeys while at the cottage, and deactivating the 211ks while at your home.

If you have a hopper/joey setup, you can't use other receivers.

Oh wow, yeah, kinda late, I'm so used to having the 722k, but yeah............ Hell I totally forgot, only a single purchased 211k is allowed on Hopper accounts.

But he COULD have another Hopper (& more Joey's) on that SAME account...just sayin'...
