Limesat HD Air Not Booting with HH Motor Connected

Hello to all,

I been using my Limesat HD Air for about two months now and I'm very happy with the performance so far. Today I connected an HH motor for the first time (SG9210B) and it locks up the HD Air and will not boot with the HH connected. Turned off the unit, disconnected the input connection to the receiver and the unit boots and works with no issues.

Went to the "Dish Positioning" menu, set all the setting and connected the input. I went out and check the dish, was able to move the HH with the manual buttons so the HH is getting voltage. All is fine until I shut the unit down and try to turn the unit on, it will not boot.

My wife chucked my manual by accident, does anyone have a .pdf?

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Sounds like the power supply doesn't have enough current to power the motor, and allow the receiver to boot. Thanks for the info, I'll give the stabilizer a shot and post the results. BTW- Found the manual and will post the .pdf.

Does this receiver work with dvb-s2 signals? Good luck getting it to work with the motor. I have a similar problem with my S10.

no it does not, like most hacker boxes they advertise dvb-s2 capable, but they will not do it, i have tried with many of them
