I notice as I check listings that Liberty's church service is broadcast on the Church Channel.

Maybe one day NRB? They have a number of teaching programs which are not available on the other Christian Networks.

The question about SA carrying Liberty channel is answered on SA website where they list new channel's added.

Just thought you would like to know, they will be on!
