Left Dish Network - Question about returns

I went back to cable because my wife could not stand the dropouts on our local channels. I received the boxes to send back the receivers. It says I need to send back teh switch and LNBF. Is this mandatory as I have no way of getting on the roof to take them off?

i would call them and let them know that you are not able to get on the roof and see what they can do for you
