Leaving Fios Coming Back to Dish

Had Fios for years Now I am out of contract and I don't want to pay $158.00 per month to them. Before then I had Dish since 1998. My thought process is Get Comcast just for Internet $30.00 2 yrs. Get the Ooma for Telephone $99.00 one time fee. Then for TV I have 3 hd TV's And I think my best bet is Hopper with Sling and 2 Joeys Looks like the HWS and 1 joey has a 19.00 equip. Then the 2nd joey is $7.00 Sign up for the 120 package and I should be all set and a lot cheaper.
What are your thoughts Am I missing something ?

Hi Dave,

Honestly I think when all is said and done you will probably still be paying about the same. While the Hopper is worlds better then the FiOS DVR your internet will not be as good as your getting and you probably get more HD through Fios then DISH as well.

But like I said you will be a LOT happier with the Hopper.

Just something to think about.

Scott I think you are right Everyone has a good rate for the first year. Then it boils down to the fact that dish would be $86.00 per month just for TV plus I would still need HSI and Phone. Just seems like a lot of money

I pay about the same for Dish TV and Comcast phone/internet. I also have every non-premium and non-international channel that Dish offers, including RSNs.
