Last: White House Down

Actually enjoyed it a lot more than Olympus Has Fallen... Both movies have very similar elements to them...almost like they were written by the same writer, but with slightly different plot twists. To sum it up, Down is far more re-watchable than Fallen...

I have always wondered why studios copy each other with similar movies in the same year.

Last (2): 12 Years a Slave and Gravity

12 Years is one of those movies you should see, though you might not necessarily enjoy it. PQ looked intentionally grainy.

Gravity...home run on all counts!

Well done. Harrison Ford (even without the additional makeup) looks old...makes me feel ancient.

Out of the Furnace - I liked it, little slow but ending was wild.

Paranormal Activity Marked Ones - About the same as others but a different twist. Ending tied things together and opened the franchise up for a larger plot.

Homefront - Good stuff, felt like a Statham movie. AQ and gunshots were good stuff.

Tupac Live at the House of Blues

Vocals and PQ aren't the best ever, but the subs spent 90 mins kicking the crap out of my chair.

Pretty decent. Good cast. Written and produced by Sly Stallone. Lots of great gunfire and good Statham fights.

Hobbit 2

Man, that was fun. Last 50 minutes with Smaug in the mtn, holy moly the bass.

Last 2: The Hidden & Pacific Rim

Rim reminded of Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla without the extra-corney dialogue. The Hidden is a gem of a film from the late 80's. Not a horror film as much as a pretty well-done sci-fi film. More enjoyable than Pacific Rim (IMO).

Metallica Through the Never

Finally got around to it. Out..freaking...standing... Some of the best AQ I've head from a blu-ray concert and the PQ was excellent. Worked the hell outta my subs.
