Movie: 3.5 I liked it, kind of movie that will really make you mad
Video: 3.5 PQ was good, but nothing that will blow your socks off
Audio: 4.0 Not an audio show piece, but its a dialog movie and it does a good job
Movie: 3.5 I enjoyed it, but it was kinda been there done that so dont expect anything new. There was some lull, but the action scenes were fun
Video: 4.5 I thought it looked great
Audio: 4.0
Movie: I dunno even how to score this one really. It was a bit long for a comedy at 2 hours and started a little slow, but I aint gonna lie, I laughed my ass off. I gave it a 4.0 on Netflix.
Video: 4.0 Looks very good, fleshtones looked funky at times
Audio: 4.0 Not a LFE track at all, but sounded good
Since so often titles go for $12-$20 or so, I buy. I have dozens I haven't even watched yet. When I consider renting costs, time limits, often fuel costs & inconvenience, and reduced features - I'd rather just buy.
I watch 8-10 movies a month for $30, not gonna buy for that
My problem with buying, is a lot of these movies are just shat, or stuff Im gonna watch once. Nflix works for me, but I do buy maybe 1 a month. Twilight is one I wont buy, even if it does come with lossless and a kitchen sink.
Missed out on that one this week. I've got The Big Year and 1911 this week. I'm really looking forward to 1911. A different kind of role for Jackie Chan.
